My name is Jose Ramirez, I live in Guaynabo , Puerto Rico and I am a Realtor since 1995. I worked on Alberto Hernandez RE , and Coldwell Banker / Isla del Coqui . Both experiences were invaluable. In 2004 I began to live in San Patricio!
A little personal history
I always liked art. At 17 I told my dad I was going to be a painter and told me I would die of hunger. So I studied architecture.
The architecture fascinated me. As time passed, I learned a lot about the city where buildings are located. So rather than the monuments, I was excited the environment, the tissue where it attaches to the architecture. .
In 1994, when I was almost ten years working in architecture and urbanism, I had an "aha moment" , something clicked in me, and being still full of ambition and desire to be great, my life changed forever.
Papi again spoke and said, "You know, I think you could study real estate" and I did.
I never thought would come this far, fifteen years later.
And community relations
That's what I like real estate, the blogs and "social-media" .
With a tradition of farming communities that exist in real estate, what is called "farming" and I communicate very wise mentors, lace the world of real estate with what he hoped to achieve with urban monuments: do something community without the power conferred by t t Title of architect, planner, scheduler, or whatever. Just to be resident. I like to be "one more", to interact and contribute.
In order that this is not to sell, but to serve and be a part.

2002 I returned to Guaynabo , where I grew up and discovered the potential to be a community of San Patricio Avenue .
2005 I published my first newsletter .
2007 Nace viveensanpatricio.com .
Today the blog receives about 25,000 visits per year and 50,000 "page hits", has 250 subscribers, contains a supervalioso content and begins to take off.
Eventually I hope to become a community vehicle to turn around a servivios directory, business and more.
