I recently completed this study on the movement of properties in San Patricio. The study includes market activity during 2006 and 2007. The chart illustrates the number of apartments for sale during the month. As you can see a pattern distinguishes indicating increased activity from June to August-September, and falls from this period until January when it goes up again to fall in the summer until August. Interesting.
