Many years ago I had this property for sale. They spent months and the apartment was not sold. All buyers who visited me commenting on the green.
- "It's just a color," he answered.
- "It is a matter of painting, I thought.
After three months the owners were desperate.
- "Let's paint the creamy froth that wall," I suggested and they did.
The apartment was sold a week after the change of color.
The market is irrational that somehow makes sense.
